Thought I’d share: This is what I had for lunch the other day before hitting a PR on my standing press. YESSSSSS. Thank you sweet potatoes and protein!
1/2# ground pork burgers (pork & spices, nothing complicated)
2 eggs, over easy
1/2 cup mashed sweet potatoes (Sweet potatoes, boiled with cinnamon & star anise, then mashed)
1/2 of an avocado sliced
1 tomato, sliced
Cilantro & Basil
It was delicious!
