Breakfast:

  • 3 eggs in olive oil. 
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 an avocado.
  • Coffee with cream

Lunch: 

  • 3 giant meatballs
  • 1 cup broccoli rabe
  • Latte

Dinner:

  • 1/2 a spagetti squash
  • 1/2# ground beef
  • Mushroom cream sauce.
