So much good food today!

Breakfast:

  • 2 Jumbo Eggs
  • 3 thick slices of bacon
  • Fresh Parsley & Scallions 

Lunch:

  • 1 cup of fried plantains
  • 1 cup of beed stew
  • 1/2 cup ceviche
  • 1/2 an avocado

Dinner:

  • 2 pork sausages
  • 3/4 cup of mashed sweet potatoes (with butter & cream)
  • 2/4 cup roasted broccoli (with olive oil)
