Angel Food Cake… not paleo

Mehhh…. fucking birthday cakes. How can you say ‘no’ when someone makes you one? YOU CAN’T! It would just be fucked up. So yeah, my 30 day challenge didn’t start off on the best note, but I am going to get back on the wagon and try to get more serious about it. Also I am SO sore from Thursday’s CrossFit WOD. I feel like I just might die every time I stand up. Fucking volume deadlifts.

3/22/13

Breakfast:

  • 2 eggs over easy
  • 2 sausage patties
  • coffee with cream

Lunch:

  • 6oz chicken breast
  • 2 cups broccoli salad (Broccoli, olive oil, anchovies, and hot peppers)
  • hot tea

Dinner:

  • 2 bowls beef stew

Dessert:

  • Red Wine
  • Angle Food Cake with home made whipped cream and strawberries

Breakfast:

  • slept in and skipped it

Lunch:

  • 1 buffalo chicken strip
  • 6 hot wings
  • 1 bowl of french onion soup (oops cheese…. meh)
  • seltzer

Snack:

  • Green olives

Dinner:

  • 8oz Steak
  • 10 Shrimp
  • Garden Salad
