My back’s still fucked, though, slightly better than yesterday…I think. Looking forward to the doctor’s appointment tomorrow.

Breakfast:

  • 2 eggs in olive oil
  • 32 oz water

Lunch at Hi Thai

  • 1 bowl tom yum soup
  • Thai Green Curry w/ Seafood
  • 32 oz water

Dinner: 

  • 6 baby-back ribs (no sauce or anything… just ribs and salt) 
  • 2 eggs w/ 1 tomato, shiitaki mushrooms, green onions
  • 32 oz water
