Late night in the office

Back Diagnosis is In — Minor Disc Tear 😦 
Need to work on growing myself some fucking abs and strengthening my AB-ductors. Also need to work on stretching out my hip-flexors and hamstrings. I already knew all this, but never did anything about it… hindsight is 20/20. May the road to recovery begin!

Perhaps April’s “do something new with my body” challenge contestent will be Yoga, or something that might help me with my mobility and range of motion.

3/28/13

Breakfast:

  • 2 eggs in bacon fat
  • 32 oz water

Lunch:

  • Large Salad
    • 4oz chicken
    • 4oz smoked salmon
    • romain & spinach
    • cherry tomatoes
    • cauliflower
    • broccoli
    • cucumbers
  • 64 oz water

Dinner – ordered Indian at the office w/ co-workers:

  • Chicken Korma, no rice, no naan. (Yup, just ate it like soup…) 
  • 32 oz water

Late night:

  • 1 egg in bacon fat.
