I hate Tuesdays

I always have to work so damn late and then get into meetings so damn early Wednesday morning…. meh

4/02/13 – Food Log

Morning Weight: 152#
Sleep: 8 hours

Breakfast: 

  • 1 egg
  • 4 thin slices bacon
  • Coffee w/ cream
  • 64oz water

Lunch:

  • Salad
    • Spring Mix
    • Roasted Chicken
    • Pesto
    • Vinegar
    • roasted red peppers
  • Coffee w/ cream
  • 32 oz water

Dinner: 

  • 12 pieces sashimi
  • 32 oz water
Mobility
  • 30 minutes of stretching and foam rolling. This is helping my back a lot. I feel almost all the way normal.
