Creamy Cauliflower Leek Soup

Nom nom nommm 🙂 Quick recipe while I have a minute!


  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut up
  • 2 leeks, chopped
  • 1/2 an onion, chopped
  • 6 cups chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • Green onions for garnish


Put everything other than the green onions and cream in a pot, and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Transfer it into a blender (as much as you can at a time). Mix in the cream. Serve hot and garnish with sliced green onions.

  • 2 eggs scrambled with 2 slices bacon, broccoli, and onions. 
  • Coffee with cream
  • 32 oz water


  • Thai Green Curry with 3 shrimp, 3 muscles, 3 giant hunks of calamari
  • 32 oz water


  • 2 small hamburger patties
  • 2 bowls of the above soup
  • 32 oz water
