Breakfast:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 slices bacon
  • Coffee with cream
  • 32 oz water

Lunch:

  • 6oz strip steak w/garlic & rosemary
  • sautéed broccoli & onions
  • 32 oz water

Snack: 

  • 2 tsp cashew butter
  • handfull of almonds
  • 1/2 cup leftover tuna salad
  • 32oz water

Dinner:

  • 3 large meatballs (ground beef, onions, celery, egg)
  • 1/2 cup “Swedish Gravy” (mushroom, onion, cream)
  • 32oz water
