I <3 my new gym

Today was awesome. Good training, good morning weigh in, lots of good food, exciting new project at work, epic evening with my female coworker. Just great! I took it easy on myself while I was out having fun ,diet wise, but also remained pretty well restrained and don’t feel like I overdid anything. Pretty happy with everything overall. Also check out my fucking muscular legs! It’s amazing what losing a little bit of flab will do for your muscle definition. Excited for the next 10 pounds 🙂



4/18/13 – training & food log


  • 3 eggs
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 32 oz water

Squats – 3×5 @ 85# Yesssss
Front Squats – 3×5@ 85#
Overhead Press – 3×5 @ 50# (um, these suck when you can’t arch your back and use your hips… so hard!… weakling)
Bench – 3×5 @ 80#

  • 64 oz water (commence having to pee like a fucking maniac all god damned day)
  • medium coffee with cream


  • 8oz burger patty
  • Salad
  • 32 oz water

Dinner & Drinks with Lena:

  • 3 glasses champaign 
  • A shitload of meats as an appetizer
  • Chicken stew and sautĂ©ed veggies
  • 32 oz water

Conditioning day tomorrow!! Woo!!!!
