Restuvus

Today was a solid rest day 🙂 Felt great to sleep in a bit later than normal, and since I’ve been getting up so early for the gym lately, it wasn’t hard to get out of bed at a reasonable time to not be rushing around like a mad woman in the morning.  Nothing to talk about today, just worked,and then once I was finished I stretched and foam rolled. I am retardedly sore from the past two days of training, especially in my abs. Laughing is brutal. Excited to lift tomorrow 🙂

4/24/13 – Food Log

Breakfast:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tiny slices bacon
  • 32 oz water
  • Black coffee

Lunch

  • 8oz ground lamb w/ onions & spices
  • 2 cups roasted cauliflower
  • 32 oz water

Dinner… just picking through the fridge:

  • a tiny hamburger patty
  • 2 cups leftover roasted cauliflower
  • Protein Smoothie with 2 scoops whey, 1/2 cup blueberries, 4 strawberries
  • 1 small shrimp and a couple pieces of broccoli that I snitched from tomorrow’s lunch
  • 32 oz water.
