Cinco De Mayo!!

Breakfast: (this was my obligatory taco for the day)

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 of an avocado
  • 2 tbsp home made pico de gallo  (tomatoes, onions, garlic, lime juice)
  • 1 small flour tortilla (this was not very good… will stick with corn I think for future my taco needs)
  • a couple blackberries

Snack:

  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream 

Lunch:

  • 5 oz baked chicken breast
  • 1 measured cup of home made Celery & Leek Biryani (about 1/5 cup uncooked basmati rice, 1 stalk celery, 1/2 a leek, 1/4 of an onion, 2 tbsp almond slices, 1/2 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, cardamom pod, bay leaf) (this was really really tasty)

Snack: 

  • 2 scoops whey

Dinner:

  • Same as lunch

Snack:

  • 2 scoops whey
