Sunshine and flowers

Continuing my habit of drinking every day of the week because we have guests…. like a champ. bleh. Eventually, I will need to stop doing this, but it has definitely been fun for the time being. P.S. IT IS SO NICE OUTSIDE. OH MY GOD I LOVE IT SO MUCH.

A lovely Friday evening at Brooklyn Bridge Park

Breakfast:

Chocolate Banana Protein Pancakes

  • 2 scoops whey
  • 1/2 cup 2% greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 banana
  • black coffee

Lunch: 

  • Salad
    • 4 cups romaine
    • chicken x2
    • cheddar
    • chick peas
    • black olives
    • pecans
    • olive oil
  • Coffee w/ cream

Happy Hour

  • 2 beers
  • 1 dozen steamed clams with butter
  • 4oz hamburger patty

Dinner: 

  • 1 mint julep
  • 1 bowl of gumbo
