Lazy Sunday

Not much going on today. Went on a walk with Jeff this morning but other than that, just lots of R&R.

Breakfast:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 corn tortillas
  • 1oz cheddar

Lunch:

  • 5 of the protein muffins listed earlier today
  • a couple spoonfulls of cottage cheese and greek yogurt

Mid-day Sunday Mimosas:

  • 1/2 bottle champaign
  • about 6oz strawberry banana OJ

Dinner:

  • 1/2 rack of baby back ribs
  • 1 cup roasted veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, and brussel sprouts)
  • 3 cheese quesadillas (3oz cheese, 6 corn tortillas)

132.1g of Protein
142.9g of Carbs

… probably gonna get real fat if I keep eating like this.
