FUCK! I am officially ready to lift tomorrow!
Broccoli, Tomato, Cottage Cheese, Egg White Omelette
This was the first time I’ve cooked with egg whites and it was fucking awesome. Like possibly the best breakfast I’ve made for myself in a while. Though, I wonder if my body can even handle this much protein at once? This meal had about 500 calories and 75% of it was protein. Perhaps too much? No idea. Whatever. IT.WAS.DELICIOUS.
- 1 tsp olive oil (to oil the pan)
- 1 cup egg whites (in the future, perhaps a half cup is enough for an omelette)
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup roasted broccoli
- 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes.
- 1/2 cup crab meat salad
- 1/2 an avocado
- 1 cup coffee
- 6oz Grass Fed Organic steak (olive oil in the pan)
- 1 cup roasted veggies
- 1 sweet potato w/ butter
- A tiny tiny plate of spagetti because it looked good on my husbands plate 😉
