Egg Whites… woah, that’s a lot of protein!

FUCK! I am officially ready to lift tomorrow!

Breakfast:

Broccoli, Tomato, Cottage Cheese, Egg White Omelette

This was the first time I’ve cooked with egg whites and it was fucking awesome. Like possibly the best breakfast I’ve made for myself in a while. Though, I wonder if my body can even handle this much protein at once? This meal had about 500 calories and 75% of it was protein. Perhaps too much? No idea. Whatever. IT.WAS.DELICIOUS.

  • 1 tsp olive oil (to oil the pan)
  • 1 cup egg whites (in the future, perhaps a half cup is enough for an omelette)
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup roasted broccoli
  • 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes.

Lunch:

  • 1/2 cup crab meat salad
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 1 cup coffee

Dinner: 

NOMMMMMMZ!

  • 6oz Grass Fed Organic steak (olive oil in the pan)
  • 1 cup roasted veggies
  • 1 sweet potato  w/ butter
  • A tiny tiny plate of spagetti because it looked good on my husbands plate 😉
