Ég hef verið edrú í eina viku!

Today was my first day coaching the open lifting sessions at Crow Hill CrossFit. It was fun!

Breakfast:

  • 3 corn tortillas
  • 3 eggs
  • cheddar cheese
  • cilantro
  • hot sauce
  • coffee with cream

Lunch:

  • Shrimp (4) & Grits 
  • Coffee w/ cream

Dinner:

  • 2 pieces of cornbread with ground beef underneath (Kind of like this recipe, but without the wheat flour and with some cheese and hominy). 

Then I watched a zillion episodes of the new Arrested Development, which was awesome!!
