Today was my first day coaching the open lifting sessions at Crow Hill CrossFit. It was fun!
- 3 corn tortillas
- 3 eggs
- cheddar cheese
- hot sauce
- coffee with cream
- Shrimp (4) & Grits
- Coffee w/ cream
- 2 pieces of cornbread with ground beef underneath (Kind of like this recipe, but without the wheat flour and with some cheese and hominy).
Then I watched a zillion episodes of the new Arrested Development, which was awesome!!
