…and my PMS bloat finally fades away

Ahhhh feeling like a normal human again. HOORAY! Excited to squat tomorrow 🙂

Breakfast:

  • 2 eggs
  • olive oil
  • hot sauce
  • 1 apple
  • coffee w/ cream

Lunch: 

  • Pile of sushi rolls 
  • coffee w/ cream

Dinner:
From some Soul Food restaurant… really bad… really…really…really…bad

  • Macaroni & Cheese 
  • Collard Greens
  • 1.5 pieces of some sort of hairy fried fish before deciding it’s really gross and I’m not going to eat it.
