Another successful day away from take-out. Yuussssss!!!! Also, I absolutely can not wait to go to the gym tomorrow.

Breakfast:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pear
  • Coffee with cream

Lunch:

  • 1 California roll
  • 4 pieces of sushi

Dinner:

  • 1.5 bratwursts 
  • 1 cup spagetti squash
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup grapes

Dessert:

Protein smoothie

  • 1 scoop whey
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup berries

Fæða mig prótein!
