I kinda forgot to eat food today….

Breakfast:

  • Egg Tacos
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 egg whites
    • 2 corn tortilla shells
    • 1/4 of an avocado
    • cilantro
    • hot sauce
    • 1 tbsp black beans
  • Coffee w/ cream

Lunch:

  • Coffee w/ cream (yeahhhhhh….. not acting like a powerlifter huh?)

Dinner: This kinda made up for that sad display of starvation

  • Chicken & Vegetable Fried Rice
    • 100g rice
    • 200g chicken
    • 1/2 cup broccoli
    • 1/2 cup brussel sprouts
    • 1/4 cup celery
    • 1/2 cup onions
    • 1/4 cup carrots
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tbsp butter
    • hot sauce
  • More coffee (maybe I should cut back…. meh)

Planning to lift tomorrow!
