Enjoyed a nice rest day today — did some light stretching but that’s all.

I coached at Crow Hill CrossFit and enjoyed spending some time with my strength cyclers. They are all pushing hard and making me proud. It was BUSY in there today, so it was pretty fun. I really enjoy spending my weekends there, just a great vibe in general. Lots of fun.
