Ruck-tastic!

I got my new backpack in the mail. I filled it up with bricks. And I went on a 2 mile ruck tonight. It was fun! Feeling it in my upper back a little, but definitely not in a bad way. Just in a “welp you better start training these muscles!” kinda way.

Also my back & shoulder are feeling MUCH better today, so maybe that chiropractor did something good for me!

Anyway. No time to type. I need to sleep so I can get to the gym tomorrow 🙂 Gonna make up the bench session that I didn’t get to on Monday.
