Fantastic bench day. I kiiiiiinda love arm day lately. It’s a new experience for me as a hard core squat love. I’m into it.
Bench: 3 sets of 8 @ 85# These felt fucking great!
Incline DB Press: 2 sets of 20 @ 20#DBs
Close Grip Bench: 3 sets of 8-10 (couldn’t finish the last set… too much pump) @ 65#
Tricep Pushdowns: 100 reps @ 20# cable
Weighted Decline Bench Sit Ups: 1 set of 20 @ 30#
