Training — CUBE Bench Reps

Fantastic bench day. I kiiiiiinda love arm day lately. It’s a new experience for me as a hard core squat love. I’m into it.

Bench: 3 sets of 8 @ 85# These felt fucking great!
Incline DB Press:  2 sets of 20 @ 20#DBs
Close Grip Bench: 3 sets of 8-10 (couldn’t finish the last set… too much pump) @ 65#
Tricep Pushdowns: 100 reps @ 20# cable
Weighted Decline Bench Sit Ups:  1 set of 20 @ 30#

Post-Lifting: 

  • Sauna & 2 scoops whey Protein
  • Coffee w/ cream

Lunch: 

  • Big Salad
    • Romaine
    • 2x chicken
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 an avocado
    • tomatoes
    • onions
    • carrots
    • cucumbers
    • olive oil
  • 2 cups watermellon
  • Cup of tea

Dinner: 

  • Big ass grass fed steak
  • Cucumber Salad
    • Cucumbers
    • red, orange, & yellow bell peppers
    • onions
    • parsley
    • vinegar
    • lemon juice

Snack

  • Cup of frozen blueberries
