Active Recovery Day

Good day all around, no lifting, just some bodyweight stuff and stretching. Took the stairs on the way into the office (9 floors), and did my push-up program in the evening — finishing up week 3 with 21 consecutive push-ups for my test 🙂 (Full work, 11,13,9,9,21) Looking forward to starting week 4 on Sunday.

Also, as usual, looking forward to deadlifting tomorrow. WOO!

Breakfast: 
2 eggs
1 cup kale
1/2 cup baked sweet potatoes & apples
olive oil

Snack:
1 cup of tea
1 banana

Lunch:
1/2 of a rotisserie chicken
1/4# roasted parsnips

Snack:
1 cup of tea
1 apple

Dinner:
1 chicken breast
2 eggs
2 cups kale
1 cup of baked sweet potatoes & apples
olive oil
