Tuesday 10/22

Breakfast:
a cookie…. yep
coffee

Lunch:
1 giant bowl of chicken and squash soup
1/2 cup sweet potatoes
1/2 cup parsnips

Dinner:
Sashimi
Miso Soup
celery with peanut-butter

Working too late. Then, a bit of packing, 3 sets of 15 push ups, and some stretching for recovery work.

Wednesday 10/23

Breakfast/Pre-workout:
3 eggs
butter
1 apple

WOD

Warmup:
100 jumping jacks
30meter bear crawl
2 rounds:
15 sit ups
15 air squats
15 good mornings
15 seconds each side samson stretch

Skill:
Double Unders…. I sucked at these

Workout:
50 double under attempts (5 minutes) – I probably made about 20 of these… which is great for me. My goal was 10.
10 rounds:
1 power clean (95 pounds) – I did 3 for the first 3 rounds… but then went to singles.
4 pike push ups
10 ring rows
____
400 Meter Run.
Something like 23 minutes or something… I forget. It was fun

Lunch:
1/2 a rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup sweet potatoes
1/2 cup parsnips
1 apple

Dinner:
1 bowl chicken and squash soup
celery with peanut-butter & raisins
