R&R <3

Wonderful lazy Sunday 🙂 So cozy and perfect in my apartment. Crisp fall air in the window. Home cooked food in the oven. Football on TV. Perfect!!

Breakfast:

2 scoops whey protein
Bowl of Steel Cut Oatmeal

  • 1/2 cup (dry) steel cut oats
  • Cranberries
  • Almonds
  • Butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Brown Sugar

1/2 a slice of whole wheat sourdough toast with onions and cheddar

Lunch:

6 Baby back ribs
1 small sweet potato with butter
3 cups (raw) kale, sautee’d with butter

Dinner:
Not totally sure yet, but Jeff is baking some sourdough biscuits and I’m planning on having a couple of them. I will probably have some eggs or chicken and a salad with them.

I’ve definitely been enjoying some not so paleo foods since the whole life challenge finished, but I’m trying to keep it relatively clean, with most of my food being made of high quality home cooked meals.
