Waiting…

Not much to report, still waiting for the powerlifting equipment to show up. So, I’ve just been rowing in the basement and walking/running around outside with my dog. Food’s been OK. I’m on my period and feeling like eating all the junk. But I’m not eating too terribly considering.

In other news. I had a fire in my yard today!!! YESSSSSS!

Dec 6 – Food Log

Breakfast:
1/2 cup cream of the west 7 grain hot cereal with butter and milk
1 cup greek yogurt
espresso

Lunch:
2 servings of home made enchiladas

Snack:
Ants on a log – celery, PB, Raisins

Dinner at local BBQ joint:
1/2 a pulled pork sandwich (didn’t eat bread)
1/2 a brisket sandwich
4 of the best damn ribs EVER!

Dessert:
1 small chocolate truffle

Dec 7 – Food Log

Breakfast:
2 eggs
2 pieces of bacon
1/2 slice of toast
Espresso

Lunch:
1 serving of leftover enchiladas
1 can of mushrooms (because I am weird… or… because they are delicious. You decide.)

Snack:
Protein Pancakes

  • 2 scoops whey
  • 1/4 can pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup ‘cream of the west’ 7 grain oats

Dinner:
2 Egg Tacos – eggs, tortilla, tomatoes, cilantro, black beans, hot sauce, cheese.

Dessert:
1 chocolate chip cookie
