Tree Hunter & 5’s week, Bench

What a wonderful day today was. I had an epic session in the gym, went on a long walk and 2 large hikes with Jeff, cooked some delicious food, chopped down a Christmas tree out in the woods, and walked around my little town for their annual winter festival 🙂 I am so in love with living out in Montana. I am so happy that Jeff and I decided to take the risk and come out here. Not sure why it took me so long to get out of the city, but I am so happy that we were able to do it.

Row 500m:
2:10 –  sore legs and arms wouldn’t let me go harder. Lungs were OK, still coughing a little afterward. Damn this no oxygen!!

3 Mile Hike – half uphill.

…Then more hiking while we went to find a tree!
