Rest Day

Back to work after New Years break, and enjoying lots of rest and relaxation. I did a little hiking with the dogs and some running around throwing balls with them, but nothing strenuous and my legs are thankful! Looking forward to finishing up the first week of Smolov Jr tomorrow.

Breakfast:
2 eggs
2 pieces bacon
2 leftover rolls from New Years Feast
1/2 cup black eyed peas

Lunch:
1 Leftover Meatball & half cup brown rice
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup pepper salad

Dinner:
3 slices of pizza (woops)
1 cup cucumber salad
1/4 cup pepper salad

Going to work on adding more veggies back into my diet over the next couple weeks. I feel I’ve been slacking since I moved. Gonna fix it up.
