Worst day of eating ever… BLECK!

Rest day today and seriously I NEED to go grocery shopping. In fact, I’m going immediately after writing this post.

Pretty purple mountains majesty ❤

Breakfast:
1 slice sourdough raisin bread
3/4 cup cottage chese
coffee w/ cream

Lunch:
1 slice sourdough raisin bread
1 protein shake (2 scoops whey)

1 mile hike at lunch

Snack:
2 pieces string cheese
1/2 cup brown rice with butter

Dinner:
1 cup brown rice with butter
some salami

ughhhhh nothing but dairy and carbage. NEEDS MORE COLOR!
