Crap Food & PRs!

Breakfast:
2 pieces of french toast

  • 2 pieces home made sourdough
  • 2 eggs, milk & butter
  • maple syrup

4 pieces of breakfast sausage

Lunch/Pre-Lifting:
2 scoops whey

Week 3 Day 2 Smolov Jr. Squat & Bench

Another wonderful lifting session. Volume PRs on everything today 🙂

Squat: 7 sets of 5 @ 95K (210#) These felt pretty good! Working on keeping my chest up tight.

Bench: 7 sets of 5 @ 43K (95#) Easy, up until the last rep (which was hard…)

Post-Lifting:
2 pieces string cheese

Who needs vegetables anyway??

Dinner:
6oz chicken breast
1 cup home made mac n cheese

  • small shells
  • milk, butter & flour
  • cheddar cheese

Then Jeff arrived with groceries!! HOORAY! Turns out, this is probably why I ate so much take out in NYC. I suck at grocery shopping regularly.

Snack:
1 apple
