Rest day today. Basically just worked hard on my work, and took it easy physically. Had a wonderful dinner tonight — soooooo good to have groceries after the past few days of baron cupboards!! Below are videos of yesterday’s lifts. It took me forever to get them off my phone…

2 eggs, milk, onions, peppers, mushrooms
Coffee with cream

Lunch:
1 apple
Protein Shake

Dinner:
1.5 cups basmati rice
Home made Chicken Tikka Masala

  • cream
  • spices & herbs

Dessert:
1 banana
1 protein shake
1oz chocolate
