Good Eatin’

Breakfast: 

2 eggs scrambled with:

  • a dash of milk
  • 1 oz sausage meat
  • 1/4 of an onion
  • 1 cup of kale
  • 1 tomato

1/4 cup of blue berries
1/2 an avocado

Lunch: 

2 scoops whey
1 banana
2 pieces string cheese

Snack: 

2 cups kale
2.5 slices bacon
1 tsp bacon fat

Dinner:

1 cup basmati rice with a shit-ton of cilantro and a tiny bit of butter
8oz steak
1/2 cup home made salsa

  • tomato
  • onion
  • garlic
  • cilantro

1 tsp yogurt
sprinkle of cheddar

Dessert:

1 cup greek yogurt
1/2 tsp blackberry jam
1/4 cup blueberries
2 tbsp muesli
