House Arrest

I am SO ready for this arctic freeze to lift. It has been about -20 degrees F every night this week and It’s WAY too cold to be outside. I haven’t gone on a walk or even exited my house in like 4 days and I’m getting a little stir crazy!  It warmed up a bit by the end of today, but I’m not sure it’s supposed to last. Either way… BRRRR!!

Might go row in the basement just to feel like I’ve done something other than sit in my desk chair and break to stretch my calves today.

Breakfast:
Protein Pancakes

  • 1 egg
  • 1 scoop whey
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • Cinnamon
  • tiny bit of butter

Lunch:
2 pieces of string cheese (wasn’t hungry after the slightly larger breakfast I guess… )

Dinner:
1 cup rice
1.5 cup chicken
1 tomato
1/4 green/red bell peppers
1/2 an onion
1 tsp olive oil
1 oz cheddar
hot sauce

Snack:
1 cup yogurt
1 orange
cinnamon
2 tbsp muesli
