Wednesday Food Log – Rest Day

Breakfast:
2 eggs
3oz ham
1/2 a tomato
1 cup spinach
1/4 onion

coffee w/ cream

Lunch:
1 bowl of chicken and veggie soup

Dinner:
about 1/3 of my recipe for Thai Green Curry
1 cup spaghetti squash

Dessert:
2 scoops whey
strawberries
blueberries
Ice
