Wednesday Food Log

Breakfast:
1 mutha fucking home made sour dough bagel! WOAH!
“You can take the hipster out of New York, but you can’t take the New York out of the hipster” – One of our guests 🙂 
cream cheese
1 scoop whey protein

Lunch:
1 cup Greek yogurt
handful muesli
handful raisins
1 scoop whey protein

Snack:
String cheese

Dinner:
1 cup white rice
1 cup lentil Indian food
baked tofu

Lots of hiking around in the snow for recovery today. Felt good on my sore legs. Looking forward to benching tomorrow 🙂
