Back Progress 🙂 Feelin jacked!

Training was good this morning — a quick and easy day of heavy squats.

Squats: 3×1@105K(231#) 3×2@90K(209#) (first set of each weight without my belt)
Posterior Chain – Pistols – 3×8 each leg to bench
Abs – 3×8 ab wheel

Breakfast:
2 eggs, 1/4 an onion
1/2 slice of bacon
1 banana

Post-lifting:
1 banana
2 scoops whey

Lunch:
2/3# ground beef burger
2 slices sourdough toast
tomato, cheddar, fry-sauce, 2 onion rings

Dinner:
3 ribs
1 pulled pork sandwich (only ate a couple bites of the bun)
1 cup cole slaw

Snacks:
a couple pieces of black licorice scattered through the day
