Feeling suuuuper tired from waking up at 5:30am to take my mom to the airport so I skipped accessory work today. Gonna get back on that boat next week. So happy to have life back to normal 🙂

Breakfast:
2 eggs
1/2 slice sourdough toast
butter

Snack:
handful of black licorice
1 cup kiefer

Lunch:
1 pork chop
1 apple

Dinner
1 pork chop
1/2 cup (dry) barley
1/2 cup apple sauce
