Rest Day

Breakfast:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 2 corn tortillas
  • 1 oz cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Lunch:

  • 5 oz chicken
  • 1 measured cup rice, celery,onions, leeks. This is the end of this meal… finally. (it was fucking awesome though, so I don’t mind that it lasted 4 days.)
  • 1 apple

Dinner at Barboncino on Franklin Ave: 

  • 3/4 of a fancy Brooklyn pizza (arugula, parmesan, prosciutto, tomatoes, mozzarella) … yummmmmmm.
  • 2 glasses of wine

Ready to lift tomorrow morning!!! Off to bed!
